ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Answer client inquiries and provide policy information via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
