"I recently discovered that additional drivers were added to my car insurance policy without my consent. When I called to resolve the issue, Briana was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she mocked me and told me I should have reviewed my renewal policy each year, completely ignoring the fact that unauthorized changes were made to my account. The customer service was terrible, and the overall experience felt shady and unacceptable."
